★★☆☆☆ I'm amending this review because I've had more time with the app. In the 5 minutes it takes to get to my local station I often find the app information was useless and the train was cancelled. The app works but South West Trains don't give enough advance warning to customers. Hopefully they'll all be sacked when the network is nationalised.
