★★☆☆☆ Although my credit cards work just fine (I tried it with 2 cards just in case), I was not able to complete my purchase because it says "Payment details cannot be confirmed." I contacted the help desk about this issue, but it is still pending after 4 days. They said they were working on it and recommend me to buy a ticket directly from the airline instead if the problem persists.... what's the point of using this app if I can't buy tickets at discount rates. Incompetent help desk.
